In 2016, she launched the Women2Watch program, illuminating the remarkable accomplishments of women leaders who are shaping the future of business. By 2019 she had placed over 500 women in keynotes and panels at retail technology conferences worldwide. In 2016, she founded and built Women Influence Chicago, an award winning program that lives in 1871 + ITA. Many of the Women2Watch honorees exited companies, gain executive roles with equity, were acquired, gained investment, broke barriers, won executive roles with equity, and gain public board seats around the globe. The impacts are still being made.
Additionally, Kelly conceived and launched the HALO community in 2017—an enduring project that brings together experts focused on visionary solutions for unsolved business challenges.
