Kelly Stickel is the founder and CEO of Remodista, a research company solving the future of business. A collaborative thinker, she is focused on understanding the layers of disruption, as companies unsilo their businesses, and move to new solutions looking at direct to consumer strategies. In January of 2019, Remodista published its third annual Look Book filled with assumptions, insights, predictions, Women2Watch highlights, and innovation solutions ahead of the retail market.
Devoting a decade at Accenture and Acquity Group, Kelly spent a majority of her career focused on connecting people, cultivating women leaders, alliance partnerships, and building business development strategies in management consulting.
Kelly cultivate leaders and launched the Women2Watch Program in January of 2016 and has placed over 300 speakers in retail keynotes and panels around the world. In 2016 she was honored with 50 others, as Women of Influence with the Business Journals. In 2017. That inspired her to launch Women Influence Chicago, and gave it to the Illinois Technology Association. It won two awards in 2018 for its impact. Kelly most recently launched the Women We Watch Channel in her virtual community HALO - which stands for 'help a leader out". A graduate from University of Missouri with a degree in Political Science. Kelly is an accomplished mosaic artist and teaches art classes in her local Chicago community when she has time. She believes Trusted Community is the future of business.
